First Family
The objective of this piece was to produce a creative media product/campaign in response to a real-world scenario. I decided to go with the brief for the transport company, First Bus. This piece was only a concept for university and therefore this work was not commissioned or was used. I have no official affiliation with the company, First Bus.
Task
To come up with a new and seamless customer journey, from the moment customers think about taking a bus to the moment they reflect on their experience after getting off the bus.
